All Boarding Options Include:
- Playtime & Exercise: Dogs will enjoy supervised playtime with other compatible dogs, as well as opportunities to stretch their legs daily on our outdoor turf area.
- Cozy Sleeping Arrangements: Each dog gets a raised bed with comfortable blankets and a bedtime tuck-in every night.
- Fun Filled Add-ons: Customize your dog’s stay with fun activities including chicken jerky treats, swimming, or agility activities.
- Daily Updates: We communicate via text with photos and video updates throughout the stay.
- Meals & Snacks: Freshwater is always available. We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner as needed. Please bring your dog’s food in separate Ziploc bags labeled with their name and meals divided by day. An extra fee may apply if this is not followed.
- Medication Administration: We can administer medications as needed. Dogs requiring multiple medications may incur an additional fee or may be placed in our Boca Bungalow for closer monitoring.

Multiple Dogs in Your Family?
We are happy to accommodate multiple dogs in the same family! Please note that an additional charge will apply for each extra dog. The pricing for multiple dogs depends on each dog’s size, temperament, and the boarding space required.
For specific rates and to ensure the best accommodations for your dogs, please contact us via call or text. We’ll work with you to determine the most suitable boarding options for your pets.
Cancellation Policy:
- Regular Season Boarding: We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. If no cancellation notice is given within the requested time frame, a $30 cancellation fee may be applied.
- Peak and Holiday Season Boarding (includes weekends, holidays, and peak travel periods):
- Summer: Memorial Day through Labor Day
- February school break
- April school break
- Thanksgiving week
- Christmas week
- New Year’s week
Note: Boarding stays during these times require a 2-night minimum, and a $5 per dog per night peak season fee will apply.
Early pick-ups will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
For cancellations during the peak or holiday season, we require a minimum of 5 days’ notice. If we don’t receive the notice, a one-night charge for the scheduled stay will apply. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation, and we may cancel future reservations or require full payment upfront for new bookings.
For the following holidays, Wag Central will be closed:
New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
While our lobby will be closed for pick-ups and drop-offs, our team will be on-site to provide full care for all boarding dogs.

Drop Off and Pick Up Times
Weekdays (Monday – Friday)
- Drop Offs: 2pm – 6pm
- Pick-Ups: 8:30am – 10:30am
Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
- Drop Offs: 2pm – 3pm
- Pick-Ups: 10am – 11am
If your pup is boarding with us and they are dropped off or picked up outside of the allotted times, additional charges will apply. Any dog at our facility after 6pm on weekends must board for an additional night.
Please note: Our facility is closed for boarding drop-offs and pick-ups outside of 10 AM – 3 PM on weekends.
Need Extra Care?
• Weekdays: 7 AM to 7 PM ($49/day)
• Weekends: 10 AM to 3 PM ($54/day)
