Training Tuesday: Wait at the Door
Sit. Stay. Wag! Pups will practice sitting calmly and waiting before heading through a doorway.
The Why: Doorways can be exciting places, which makes them a great opportunity to practice patience and impulse control. Learning to sit and wait instead of rushing through can help make everyday entrances and exits calmer and safer, whether you’re heading out for a walk or welcoming someone into your home.
“Try It” Tuesday! We’ll offer a unique treat for an additional fee.
Your pup may benefit from a little additional TLC. Add a coached swim in our heated pool during daycare (excellent for joint health), or schedule professional grooming, available most days. These optional add-on services are designed to keep your dog feeling their very best.
