Boarding Drop-off and Pick-up Times:

Weekdays Monday – Friday

  • Drop-offs: After 2pm – 6pm
  • Pickups 8:30am – 10:30am

Weekends Saturday – Sunday

  • Drop-offs: 12pm – 2pm
  • Pick ups: 10am – 11am

Daycare Drop-off and Pick-up Times:

Weekdays Monday – Friday

  • Drop-offs: 7am
  • Pickups: 7pm

Weekends Saturday – Sunday

  • Drop-offs: 10am
  • Pickups: 3pm

Extended Day ($50):

  • Drop-offs: 7am
  • Pickups: 7pm

If you are planning on picking up or dropping off your pup outside of these hours, you will incur a daycare full day or half day charge depending on the amount of hours stayed.

  • A $30 half day of daycare fee will be applied to a boarding dog that arrives/leaves 5 hours of our boarding drop-off or pick-up hours.
  • A $38 full day of daycare fee will be applied to a boarding dog that arrives/leaves MORE than 5 hours out of our boarding drop-off or pick-up hours.
  • A $15 early/late fee will be applied to dogs who get dropped off before our lobby hours.

On the weekends for boarding, our doors will remain locked until 10am when we open.

A credit card on file is required for all clients. In order for us to book a boarding or daycare reservation, we need a credit card on file.

Walk In Boarders – If you do not make a reservation, and just walk in, you will incur a $15 charge.

Deposits:  

  • Over 5 night stay: Pre-paid deposit for the first night of boarding
  • Over 10 night stay: Pre-paid deposit for 50% of the boarding

Packages:

  • Payment is due at the time of purchasing the package
  • Packages expire after 90 days, with the exception of the extended day package which expires after 6 months.

Cancellations:

Regular Season Daycare

  • At least 48 hours notice for reservations and cancellations
  • If no notice is given, a $20 cancellation fee will be applied
  • Exceptions will be made for emergency situations
  • If you miss 2 appointments without notice, your future daycare reservations will be cancelled and all new reservations will require full payment of the booking up front.

Regular Season Boarding

At least 48 hours notice for reservations and cancellations

Peak and Holiday Cancellation Policies:

For holiday and peak season boarding reservations, we require 5 days notice and a nonrefundable deposit for the first night at the time of the reservation. If we do not receive your cancellation within the determined timeframe, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled boarding stay. No shows will be charged for the reservation in its entirety.

  • Summer Weekends: (Thursday-Sunday) Starting Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day
  • Fourth of July Week
  • Thanksgiving Holiday
  • Christmas and New Years
  • April Break

Daycare is Closed the Following Days:

  • No pickups on holidays
  • New Years Day
  • Easter
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas
