Welcoming the month of November means welcoming the Holiday season. Before we wag too far into the future, our team wants our 2-legged and 4-legged clients to take note of some important updates regarding the Holiday season at Wag Central.
Holiday Daycare & Boarding Updates:
Thanksgiving Day – Wag Central will be closed to the public. Our staff will be here taking care of boarding dogs only. There will be no lobby or cafe services, no daycare services, no boarding drop offs or pick ups.
Black Friday – Regular business hours 9 am to 7 pm, while you’re out shopping, drop your pup off for some special Black Friday fun of their own – a field trip to Wagaloo Cafe for a puppacino and Wagsicle!
Christmas Eve – Wag Central will be closed to the public. Our staff will be here taking care of boarding dogs only. There will be no lobby or cafe services, no daycare services, and no boarding drop offs or pick ups.
Christmas Day – Wag Central will be closed to the public. Our staff will be here taking care of boarding dogs only. There will be no lobby or cafe services, no daycare services, and no boarding drop offs or pick ups.
New Year’s Eve – There will be no daycare but we are accommodating boarding drop offs during normal lobby hours 10 am – 3 pm.
New Year’s Day – Our lobby will be open from 12 pm – 2 pm for boarding pick ups. There will be no daycare services and no boarding drop offs on this day.
Holiday Dates for Boarding Reservations:
Thanksgiving – November 16 – 26, 2017
Christmas and New Year’s – December 12, 2017 – January 2, 2018
Deposit Requirements:
For holiday and peak season boarding reservations, we require 10 days notice and a non-refundable deposit for the first night at the time of the reservation (with a credit card kept on file).
Cancellation Policy:
Due to staff resource planning, our cancellation policy is being altered to accommodate as much family time as possible this time of year. If we do not receive your cancellation within 10 days prior to your reservation, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled boarding stay. No shows will be charged for the reservation in its entirety.
